1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or playing Wordflare (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game and stop using it.

2. Description of Service

The Game is a free word-puzzle experience where players unscramble letters to form valid words. It is provided for entertainment only.

3. In-Game Items & Currency

The Game includes a virtual in-game currency that can be used to unlock abilities, bonus maps, and level-ups. This currency is virtual only and has no real-world value. It cannot be purchased with or exchanged for real money. All in-game items are licensed, not sold, and remain our property.

4. Advertisements

The Game includes banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads provided by Unity Ads. Watching ads may grant optional in-game rewards. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or external links.

5. Content Filters

We use automated systems to hinder the display or creation of offensive words. Because of the nature of letter combinations, some inappropriate words may still appear unintentionally.

6. Player Conduct

• Use the Game only for lawful purposes.
• Do not modify, hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Game or its services.

7. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about reliability, performance, or suitability for any purpose. You play at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limetta Ab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game (which is free).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Game if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law.

10. Updates & Changes

We may update the Game or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
